Tapping into pipelines DINRUS UVG 100, 200, UVGD-200, VVD, etc.

Pipeline closure is a process that requires the use of high–tech equipment. The complexity of the operation lies in the fact that it is necessary to make an overlap under pressure, which is installed in this pipeline. To block pipelines under pressure, it is necessary to insert special balls into the inner cavity of the pipeline. The balls fill the space and block the flow inside the pipe. According to this principle, the closure of the gas pipeline and other pipelines is carried out. Tapping into a pipe with an overlap does not require stopping the pipeline operation process. The pipeline overlap device allows you to quickly perform the necessary work without unscheduled interruptions of supply.
Pressure tapping installations are used to connect new pipelines to functioning networks without lowering the pressure, as well as the release of oil, gas or water into the atmosphere. It is carried out by milling the pipe walls with an annular cutter. Insertion of a gas pipeline under pressure into an existing pipeline. The UVG 200 and UVG 100 installations allow tapping under the nominal pressure of the pipeline without disconnecting consumers. Tie-in settings make your work fast and safe.
Models: UVG 100, UVG 200.
The UVGD-200 installation is designed for safe work on existing water pipes with cold and hot water (temperatures up to 800C) under their nominal pressure of 1.0 MPa, for connecting new pipelines with a diameter of up to 200mm. A set of milling cutters is included in the delivery package.
The valve for tapping under pressure (VVD) is the simplest, fastest and most cost-effective solution for tapping into an existing pipeline. VVD allows you to cut into a polyethylene pipeline up to 315 mm with a pressure of 10 bar and build bends with a diameter of up to 160 mm. It is possible to manufacture valves for tapping on a special order for large diameters (from 315 mm and above).
The complex of tapping and overlapping of pipelines under pressure TITAN. The device is specially designed for fast and safe tapping into pipelines under pressure without disconnecting consumers. Extremely durable rubber overlapping plugs are used in the device for tapping and overlapping the pipeline. The plug is pressed under pressure into a drilled hole in the pipe, providing reliable sealing.
The device for installing HSE plugs is used for tapping and temporary blocking of pipelines. For pipes up to DN 80. Up to 6 bar in water supply and central heating systems. Use for central heating / chemical industry – on request.
Mechanical end pipe plugs are simple and reliable solutions to safety issues during repair and emergency work on various pipelines, including gas networks.
